Description
The RZ-3 egg breaker breaks eggs and has a function of separating yolks from egg whites, depending on the work mode selected by the operator. The machine is equipped with a smooth speed regulation. The operator can adjust the operating speed at any time. On top of that, the knives height and their hitting strength are adjustable which comes in handy when breaking eggs with weak shells.
The machine automatically collects eggs from the feeder tray.
The machine can be used in two ways:
1. Breaking eggs with the egg whites from yolks separation where whites and yolks are directed into separated buckets.
2. Breaking eggs without separation where whites and yolks are directed into the same bucket.
